Welcome to Scheppie Saus, nestled between the beautiful mountains of Moutonshoek near Piketberg, West Coast, Western Cape. Scheppie Saus offers unmatched beauty and tranquility for the whole family!

Facilities for guests include scenic hikes, swimming in the rock pools, 4x4 routes or just relaxing in the tranquil surroundings.

Scheppie Saus also caters for large groups and hosts musical festivals from time to time. We will also cater for your group on request - potjie is usally prepared for large groups.

For accommodation there is a choice between camping and a rustic self-catering wooden cabin.

Scheppie Saus has a big grassed camping site with 50 stands. New ablution facilities feautures hot showers and flush toilets.

Rates: R75.00 per person per night

Cabins

We have three 4-bed wooden cabins. Each Cabin has a double bed and two single beds. The kitchenette is stocked with all the basic utensils required. There is one shared ablution block with hot-water showers and flush toilets.

Rates: R450 per cabin, sleeps four

4X4 Route

The 4x4 route at Scheppie comprises an easy trail which is rated grade 2 to 3. There is also a more difficult extension to it which has been graded 4 to 5. Rates: R200.00 per vehicle. Visit our 4X4 website HERE
