OUR CHEESE:  Our quality cheese is supplied by Bandini Cheese. Their most prized asset is it’s assurance of high quality. Their cheese is manufactured naturally, without artificial additives or colouring. There is no animal-rennet present in the partially skimmed milk, making it suitable for vegetarians and low fat users alike.
