We have double-bedded Chalets (either B&B or Self Catering) and affordable two sleeper Cabins with communal modern showers. All units are furnished with Braai facilities, Bar fridges, Coffee stations and Fans. DSTV is in selected units. Full board is available.

ThabaNkwe  Accommodation in Thabazimbi

We offer five en-suite chalets with self catering facilities. Our 7 cabin bedrooms and rustic camp/ caravan site both have ablutions. The accommodation units are thatched roofed, connected with demarcated pebble stone paths and are situated under shaded trees, where squirrels and often wild antelope may be seen. All units are within close distance to the restaurant, ablutions, swimming pool and bar, as with the car park. 

We trust that our visitors will appreciate this piece of Limpopo bush veld where having a braai and relaxing is a priority. For our corporate clients, we do offer full board / B&B with free WIFI during the week. No charge for parking or entrance and being animal lovers, welcome small pets on arrangement. Linen is provided except for towels and units are fully serviced Monday to Saturday.

The Stables - newly added accommodation option which has 7 rooms, large kitchen, sitting / dining room with pool table and large screen TV, outside braai area and boma area. Stables also has its own kitchen with large fridge and stove, men and women ablutions separately within Stables - guaranteed for the larger groups or family gatherings.

Bush Boma & Outdoor Catering

Our Stone Boma, situated in the reserve, is recommended for private functions and team building groups up to 15 persons. Braai  packs and cash bar available on request.

Outside catering may also be arranged for larger groups around our swimming pool area, where we have a fire pit and braai (barbeque) facilities. 

ThabaNkwe Bushveld Inn Restaurant

Our restaurant and thatch bar can accommodate weddings & functions for up to 70 people. Seating can be arranged for services as well as a reception not to be forgotten. A romantic, yet unpretentious experience to be had. All catering is handled by our kitchen, from an outside spit or “potjie” to a buffet spread.

ThabaNkwe Weddings

Here at Thaba'Nkwe we have the most beautiful bush setting to host an unforgettable bush wedding. At Thaba'Nkwe you have full liberty to do your own décor we have no regulations with music and time of functions (please note after midnight extra costs will incur), with accommodation for guests from afar. The pool area, wooden deck, and interior of the restaurant are open for your use.

Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts to walk and observe animals in their natural surroundings. Almost 12 kms of easy trails with the option of climbing up steep “koppies” to enjoy spectacular views over the reserve. Mountain bikers can enjoy the challenge of moderate to extreme routes and maps are provided at the Lodge.
